- General
- 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (referred to as “you”) with DKL Couture, through our website.
- 1.2 DKL Couture reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- 1.3 By continuing to use our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, in whole or in part, please refrain from making a purchase.
- Ordering and Contract Formation
- 2.1 Placing an order constitutes entering into a contract, and all terms and conditions herein will apply to you.
- 2.2 Orders can be placed online at www.dklcouture.com (24/7)
- 2.3 After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation if you provided an email address during the order process.
- 2.4 DKL Couture will fulfill your order according to your confirmation (email confirmation). Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
- 2.5 If we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If payment has already been made, we will refund the applicable amount using the same payment method. If alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you and ask you to contact DKL Couture Customer Service at Contact@dklcouture.com. You will not incur additional charges and will be refunded as soon as possible.

- Products
- 4.1 All DKL Couture products are pre-ordered, either in Standard Size or Custom Size, meaning they are not kept in stock. Dresses shown in photos on our social media or website are SAMPLE DRESSES.
- 4.2 Due to variations in color settings on different monitors/screens, slight color differences may occur.
- Production Timeline
DKL Couture products typically require 20 working days for production, depending on the complexity of the item. Our Sales Team will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
BRIDAL products require 2-3 months for production.
- Shipping Policy
- 6.1 Products are shipped only on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
- 6.2 You will receive a tracking number for your order once the product(s) have shipped. We recommend tracking your order frequently.
- 6.3 Express carriers may estimate a delivery date slightly later than the actual arrival. This means your order may arrive earlier, so do not be alarmed.
- 6.4 Shipping usually takes 3-4 working days, excluding any customs processing time, which may vary depending on how promptly you pay your customs fees.
- Customs
- 7.1 Product prices do not include import taxes or customs duties (if applicable). These charges will be collected by your carrier upon delivery, and DKL Couture does not take responsibility for these charges.
- 7.2 If you refuse your order upon arrival or decline to pay the customs fees, the shipment will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued.
- 7.3 Customs processing may delay your delivery. To minimize delays, please check with your local customs office.
- Return & Exchange Policy
- 8.1 Exchanges and returns will not be accepted without the original invoice.
- 8.2 As all products are customized to meet your specific requirements or measurements, returns are not accepted within this framework.
- 8.3 Since all products are pre-ordered, either in Standard Size or Custom Size, we advise our clients to be certain when making a purchase, as returns and refunds will require appropriate justification.
- 8.4 Returns and exchanges for damaged products are not accepted. Before shipping, we will provide a detailed video of your finished dress, documenting its condition with a timestamp. DKL Couture will ensure the product is of high quality, undamaged, and matches the measurements you provided. We recommend that a professional take your measurements, as this will be necessary if you seek a return or refund.
- 8.5 For custom-made dresses, there may be minor imperfections, as a perfect fit often requires at least one physical fitting. All orders go through our Quality Assurance Manager to ensure they meet your specified measurements and requests.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 9.1 You may cancel your order if the product does not meet the specifications you provided. Appropriate reasons must be given.
- 9.2 Refund policies are as follows:
- 9.2.1 Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
- 9.2.2 Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours after payment will receive a 50% refund of the item price.
- 9.2.3 Cancellations made between 72 to 120 hours after payment will receive a 30% refund of the item price.
- 9.2.4 Cancellations made after 120 hours from payment will not be eligible for a refund.
